Canadian orders ship via Canada Post with an estimated delivery of 5 - 10 business days depending on the location and are subject to applicable provincial taxes

US and International orders are subject to local import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the receiver. For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. Orders outside of Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes. We are however required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels please keep this in mind if you have purchased an item as a gift as the cost of the item will be included on the customs form on the outside of the package.

Yes! We’ll drop off your order right to your car. Select this option at checkout. Once we prepare your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to book a time that works for you to pick your order up. We’re located at 130 Cawthra Ave Toronto ON M6N3C2

Once you have placed an order, you can check the status anytime. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to where you can track it through the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to be available on the carrier's website.

After your order is received, and payment authorized, it may take up to 7 days to process your lingerie order, unless otherwise notified. If you haven’t received your order, email customercare@mayanageneviere..com as soon as possible. We will attempt an investigation with the Courier and if the shipper confirm your package was lost in transit, we will replace the lost item.
