INSTRUCTIONS & CARE

COOLING: Remove the cotton cover. Place the pillow in the freezer, preferably in a sealed bag for 2-5 minutes for a cooling effect. This can help reduce tension headaches and puffiness.

WASHING: Remove cotton pillow case. Hand wash with a light detergent and cold water. Do not wash the actual pillow, spot clean it to remove imperfections. Wash daily or every few days.

DRYING: Lay cotton pillow case flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.

HEATED: Remove the ottonc cover. Place the pillow in the microwave for 20 seconds, flip, and repeat until warmed to desire heat. This can help reduce puffiness by increasing blood flow and circulation.

HOW TO USE: Rest pillow on closed eyes to relax after a long day, before bed, during yoga, after screen time, or working out, to calm eyes, or as desired.
