founders & co-HOSTS

Creators of Men-On-Pause & High Heels & Hot Flashes

High Heels & Hot Flashes was our first initiative, a space for women to explore peri- and menopause openly, share experiences, and access expert insights in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Through these conversations, we realized that men - partners, friends, family, and allies who champion the women in their lives are essential to these conversations but are often excluded and lack a community where they can engage in this dialogue.

High Heels & Hot Flashes – Ticket Acknowledgment

Hey there, friend!

By buying a ticket, you’re stepping into a space designed for men to learn, connect, and grow,  in a way that’s honest, and community focused. Here’s what that means:

  • Open Conversations: This is about creating space where men can talk openly about menopause, relationships, and care, without fear of judgment. We want you to share, ask questions, make mistakes, and learn together in a supportive environment.
  • Inclusivity: No racism, misogyny, homophobia, oppressive, or divisive language will be tolerated, no exceptions. The horrors of genocide are real, ongoing, and demand that we show up differently with courage, accountability, and solidarity.  Race, politics, and identity are central to these conversations, and we welcome difficult, honest, and respectful dialogue as part of learning, unlearning, and creating a more inclusive space for everyone.
  • Community over status. Titles, wealth, or position don’t matter here; what counts is how you show up, the content of your character, and your willingness to learn and contribute. We’re here to connect, grow, and support each other as equals, building a space where everyone can speak openly
  • Community first. We want attendees who genuinely want to be here, fully present, and committed to the room.
  • All relationship statuses welcome. For anyone in a relationship with someone experiencing menopause. Partner, friend, family member, caregiver,  if you care about someone going through this stage of life, this space is for you.
