Shipping & Payment
Once you have placed an order, you can check the status anytime. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to where you can track it through the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to be available on the carrier's website.
Your delivery time is estimated from the ‘Ship Date’, not the ‘Order Date’.
After your order is received, and payment authorized, it may take up to two business days to process your mask order and 7 days to process your lingerie order, unless otherwise notified. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have not receive a confirmation please ensure it is not in your spam folder. We are not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages. Please note we do not ship to any international forwarding companies or PO boxes.
Canadian orders ship via Canada Post with an estimated delivery of 5 - 10 business days depending on the location and are subject to applicable provincial taxes.
US & International Orders
US and International orders are subject to local import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the receiver. For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. Orders outside of Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes. We are however required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels please keep this in mind if you have purchased an item as a gift as the cost of the item will be included on the customs form on the outside of the package.
Please note: These are all estimates, as weather and holidays may impact deliveries. When you receive your shipping notification email, it will notify you of the carrier’s estimated delivery date.
