Our last six events sold out, which shows how much women want and need these conversations. Menopause and midlife touch every woman’s life, and it’s time we talked about them openly.

High Heels & Hot Flashes is a community and an inclusive space where all women and womb holders feel seen, heard, and celebrated in their experiences.

What to expect

  • Inspiring speakers sharing real talk on midlife, menopause, health, and reinvention
  • Shopping from local, women-owned businesses
  • Laughter and connection with others navigating this next chapter
  • Food by Taste Seduction, with halal, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options
  • Drinks by Nickel 9 Distillery, a proudly local Canadian distillery
  • SWAG valued at $200+

All food and drinks are included in your ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If you can’t attend, pass your spot to a friend by emailing customercare@mayanageneviere.com with their name.
