Attend High Heels and Hot Flashes - This is THE event to help you redefine midlife and menopause. 

Our last 4 events were SOLD OUT and this just proves how important having discussions about menopause and midlife is for EVERY woman.

Our intention is to create a community and an inclusive space where ALL women and womb holders feel seen and heard in their experiences. 

Learn from incredible speakers, shop online from local women-owned businesses and laugh with others who are also trying to navigate this next journey in our lives.

Note: We acknowledge that this event will be held on the traditional lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, and the Wendat peoples.
