Yes! You can exchange or request a refund for any products purchased with the gift card*.

Our website automatically processes refunds to the original payment method used at checkout for security and accuracy.
This means:
- If your order was paid entirely with a gift card, the refund is returned to that same gift card.
- If you used both a gift card and a credit/debit card, the refund is applied to the gift card first, and any remaining amount goes back to the credit/debit card.
- Unfortunately, refunds can’t be redirected to a different payment method, as this is part of Shopify’s system to ensure secure and accurate record-keeping.
