Returns & Exchanges


In order to initiate a return or exchange, please email with your Order # and reason for return. We'll respond to your request within 1-3 business days.

All items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. Any items purchased on sale will not be eligible for refund. Please see more information below.

We can accommodate your returns and exchanges on our products provided it meets the following criteria:
1. The garment is returned within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

2. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

3. Merchandise must be in original packaging with hang tags attached.

A full refund minus the shipping fee will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned garments were not worn and labels removed. If your order had no shipping fee, a 15$ deduction will be made to your order.

Once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution.

As a brand that produces intimates in-house, we take matters of hygiene seriously. We can't accept worn items to be returned.  If your return does not meet the conditions listed above we will not be able to issue a refund and the garments will be returned.

If you’re not truly satisfied within 15 days of receiving your intimates, your first exchange is on us.

Start by submitting a request to with your order # and describe your fit issues with your garment and our team will follow up with you.

You will be asked to book a personal fitting to make sure your new intimates will fit perfectly.

We guarantee you'll receive the very best in fit, function, quality, and support without compromise. Our bras are made true to size, and we use your measurements to determine what size will fit you best. Our sizing team will get in touch after you purchase to make sure you get the very best fit!

1. We don't accept returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. Please contact the place of purchase for their return policy.

2. Shapewear and control bottoms and any gusset item are final sale.

3. If you have purchased the bra for the purpose of nursing, please ensure you try on the bra with nursing pads, we will not accept returns of bras that have any stains on them

4. Garments with evidence of pets, smoking or fragrance on them will not be accepted due to allergy concerns of our team.

5. Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items are final sale.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.  Orders cancelled after 24 hours will receive credit for the full purchase amount.   If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email us customercare@mayanageneviere.comdepending on where we are in the production process of your order.

We stand by the quality of construction of our garments, should a garment appear to be defective please contact us at for assistance and we'l follow up right away.

You will receive an email notification once your package is received and we'll mend the damaged item for you. If the item cannot be mended, we will exchange your garment.

Payment, Shipping & Manufacturing

Canadian orders ship via Canada Post with an estimated delivery of 5 - 10 business days depending on the location and are subject to applicable provincial taxes. United States order ship via USPS with an estimated delivery of 5 - 10 business days.

You can shop our website in your local currency and this value will be reflected at checkout. When you place an order on our store, the amount in your local currency is automatically converted to US dollars on your statement. This will have no effect on your total payment.

This temporary change allows us to make our site more accessible to customers worldwide and we’re developing tools for you so that our site can process your orders in your local currency soon.

Yes! We’ll drop off your order right to your car. Select this option at checkout. Once we prepare your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to book a time that works for you to pick your order up. We’re located at 130 Cawthra Ave Toronto ON M6N3C2

Once you have placed an order, you can check the status anytime. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to where you can track it through the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to be available on the courier's website.

Our system always double check shipping addresses are correct but if you beat us to it, reply to your order confirmation asap and we’ll make the adjustments for you. If you notice an error after receiving your shipping confirmation, contact

If you haven’t received your order, email as soon as possible. We will attempt an investigation with the Courier and if the shipper confirm your package was lost in transit, we will replace the lost item.
